Whether you’re chasing a new goal or just want a reason to get back in the water, this is your summer to make a splash. Track your swims online and unlock a set of digital badges created specially by local artist Mia Moseley.

Complete one or all of the three challenges based on UK channels between 10 May and 31 August 2025:

  • Northern Route – 20.2KM (402 lengths)
    Known for its wild waters and fierce reputation.
  • English Channel – 33KM (656 lengths)
    The world’s most iconic open water swim, from Dover to Calais.
  • Bristol Channel – 121KM (2404 lengths)
    One of the UK’s toughest stretches of water, famous for its extreme tides.

The Summer Swim Challenge is open to all swimmers. Do it on your way! Set a goal, track your swims, and celebrate your progress with every stroke.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll also have the chance to order physical versions of your badges, the perfect keepsake to remember your summer of swimming.

6 L = 300 M
10 L = 500 M
20 L = 1000 M / 1KM
30 L = 1500 M / 1.5KM
40 L – 2000 M / 2KM
50 L – 2500 M / 2.5KM
60 L – 3000 M / 3KM
80 L – 4000 M / 4KM
100 L – 5000 M / 5KM
